We are hiring a Brand Curriculum Product & Franchise Development Manager. This is a core hybrid role. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end curriculum product development and franchise channel expansion. You will build standardised, replicable curriculum products, conduct franchise business development, and support partners to launch and operate education centres. Job Responsibilities Develop K12 / enrichment curriculum from scratch. Build full curriculum packages including lesson plans, teaching slides, material checklist, trainer handbook and assessment framework. Iterate curriculum for franchise replication. Lead franchise business development & BD: source potential partners, conduct business negotiation, contract closing, and oversee the full cycle from lead discussion to centre opening. Develop franchise SOP, franchise policies and operation handbooks to scale the franchise network. Manage franchise partners: deliver teacher training, pre-opening support, operation coaching, track business performance and partner renewal. Prepare marketing & proposal materials for franchise recruitment and business pitching. Job Requirements (MANDATORY) Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Education, Curriculum Studies, Science & Engineering are preferred. Minimum 5 years working experience in education / enrichment industry. Minimum 3 years curriculum product / curriculum R&D experience in K12 or enrichment education. Proven track record: independently develop at least one full curriculum from 0 to 1, not only maintain existing courses. Able to create complete standard curriculum packages used by external partners. Minimum 3 years franchise, investment recruitment or channel BD experience in education chain brands. At least one full end-to-end project case: lead partner negotiation, contract signing until centre launch. Able to explain your individual responsibility and project results with data. Able to draft franchise policy, operation handbooks and process SOP independently. Experience in franchise partner management: teacher training, pre-opening support, operation supervision, performance tracking and renewal management. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience building STEM / Robotics / AI curriculum product lines Existing network & resources with preschools / K12 centres Experience developing replicable curriculum for chain education brands Experience creating franchise marketing collaterals and recruitment events Overseas / cross-border channel experience, familiar with Singapore education market Frontline teaching & curriculum background, willing to travel for project support ❌ Not Suitable Candidates Only curriculum / R&D background with zero BD, franchise or channel experience Pure sales / BD background with no curriculum product development experience Only execution work in mature organisation, no experience building systems or writing handbooks Cannot clearly explain personal contribution in project cases Remuneration & Benefits Competitive basic salary + performance bonus + franchise commission.
