Perfect of understanding of costing with intricate knowledge on BOM & BOQ. · Quality Control: Inspect the site regularly to ensure work matches brand guidelines and safety codes. Required Skills – Project Lead · Technical Knowledge: Strong background in civil works, interior design, or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. · Communication: Ability to coordinate smoothly between internal team, clients, designers, and on-site vendors/labor. · Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve delays, material shortages, or overall errors and corrections on site Qualification & Experience Civil Engineer (mandatory) 8 to 10 years Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: - Commuter assistance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
