This role ensures that all works are executed according to approved methodologies, schedules, and quality standards, while maintaining accurate and timely reporting of accomplishments, materials, and tools/equipment inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision and Subcontractor Monitoring -Monitor day to day activities of subscontractor to ensure work progress according to the approve project schedule -Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure subcontractor manpower is deployed efficiently across active work areas. -Conduct regular site walkthrough to verify ongoing works are compliant with project specification and approved methodologies. 2. Quality Assurance And Methodology Compliance - Ensure that all floor coating and water proofing applications strictly follow approved technical methodologies, product application guidelines and manufacturer specifications. -Conduct surface preparation and substrate condition checks prior to application to prevent defects (e.g. delamination, blistering, poor adhesion) -Identify and report non conformities or quality issues immediately, and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors and the Project Manager. -Conduct final inspection of completed areas prior to turnover or client walkthrough. 3. Reporting And Documentation - Prepare and Submit accurate Daily Accomplishments Reports (DAR), reflecting work completed, manpower deployed, and area in progress. -Maintain update records of material consumption, deliveries and remaining stock on-site. -Maintain inventory record of tools and equipment issued to subcontractors, including condition monitoring and return tracking. -Document site conditions,issues, and incidents through photos, site instructions and written reports as needed. -Escalate delays, material shortages, or non compliance issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner. 4. Materials and Resource Management - Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Project support Services to ensure timely delivery of Materials to site, avoiding work stoppages - Monitor proper storage handling and usage of coating and water proofing materials to prevent wastage or damage. - Verify the tools and equipment on site are adequate, functional, and properly maintained 5. Health, Safety, And Site Compliance - Ensure Subcontractors comply with the safety protocol, proper use of PPE, and safe handling of chemicals/materials - Enforce housekeeping standard to maintain a safe and organized worked area - Coordinate with HSE personnel (customer) to address safety concern on site 6. Coordination and Communication - Act as the primary on-site point of contact between subcontractors, the Project Engineer and other stakeholder - Attend and/or conduct daily or weekly site coordination meetings to align on progress,issues, and next steps - Coordinate with other trades on site to avoid work conflicts and ensure smooth project flow Educational Background: - College Graduate (Engineering Graduate or Certification in Project Management) Skills and Qualification: - Project Management - Managing complex projects - Project Tracking - Cost Qualification - Master planning - Auto CAD and Systems Engineering Tools Benefits: - Company events - Life insurance Work Location: In person
