This role ensures that project goals are met efficiently, resources are used properly, and deadlines are achieved. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organize project schedules, tasks, and timelines - Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders - Monitor project progress and make adjustments when needed - Ensure work is completed according to specifications and quality standards - Manage project budgets and control costs - Prepare and submit progress reports - Identify risks or issues and implement solutions - Ensure compliance with safety and company policies - Supervise on-site or operational activities (if applicable) Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Construction Management) - Proven experience in project supervision or management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of project management tools/software is an advantage Skills: - Leadership and team management - Time management and organization - Communication and negotiation - Attention to detail - Risk management Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
