This role offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, consultant management, technical documentation, and project implementation while working alongside experienced architects and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in the management and coordination of one (1) to two (2) active architectural projects. Prepare architectural drawings, details, revisions, and construction documentation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Monitor project schedules, submissions, consultant deliverables, and project milestones. Prepare project status updates, reports, and meeting documentation. Address project coordination issues and facilitate timely resolution of concerns. Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and implementation activities. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of project documentation and deliverables. Produce plans, sections, elevations, and detailed architectural drawings. Support design development and project presentations as required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Fresh Graduates and Newly Licensed Architects are encouraged to apply. Internship, thesis, academic, or extracurricular leadership experience involving project coordination is an advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, BIM, or other design software is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and ownership of assigned work. Willing to work in Pasay City (Head Office).
