# PROJECT HR **Thaison Builder and Developer Inc.** · Pasay · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: - Manage site-based recruitment and manpower requirements Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and deployment Maintain and update employee records and project documentationMonitor attendance, timekeeping, leave management, and payroll-related concernsHandle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance concernsCoordinate with project managers and department heads regarding workforce requirementsEnsure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and project site regulationsPrepare HR reports and monitor project manpower status - Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field ✔ At least 1-3 years of HR experience , preferably in the construction industry ✔ Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, and HR documentation ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ✔ Willing to be assigned and work on project sites Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
