Project Engineer (IT Operations & Vendor Management)
Role: Manage vendor security clearances and compliance processes. Coordinate annual AUP/OSA signing and renewals for vendors. Support vendor onboarding and exit clearance procedures. Manage issuance, collection, and tracking of project laptops. Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve laptop/hardware issues. Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of project accounts and access. Project & Operations Support. Perform minute-taking and documentation for project meetings. Monitor routine O&S activities and ensure adherence to timelines. Maintain records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Requirements: Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to perform basic reporting and simple data analytics. Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders outside the immediate project team. Organized, detail-oriented, with good follow-through on administrative and operational tasks. Prior experience in IT operations, vendor coordination, or system support preferred. Familiarity with account provisioning, asset management, and compliance processes is an advantage. • This role will need to secure a clearance, due to the sensitivity of the project.
