Job Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate preferred Job Summary QTFM is looking for a strong and independent Project Engineer who can take full ownership of an assigned project from mobilization through execution, approvals, completion and handover. This position is suitable for an engineer who can plan ahead, coordinate directly with clients and consultants, manage subcontractors and manpower, follow up approvals continuously, and close issues instead of only reporting them as pending. Key Responsibilities Independently manage assigned fit-out projects from mobilization to handover. Prepare daily, weekly and look-ahead execution plans. Coordinate directly with client, consultant, authorities and subcontractors. Follow shop drawings, material submittals, samples, method statements and approvals until final closure. Plan manpower, materials, subcontractors and site requirements before activities become urgent. Identify and finalize suitable subcontractors and monitor their manpower, quality and productivity. Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available before the planned activity date. Monitor daily progress against programme and implement recovery actions where required. Resolve technical and site coordination issues proactively. Maintain proper project records, trackers and daily reports. Measure completed works and support timely progress invoicing. Manage snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover. Candidate Requirements Civil / Architectural / MEP Engineering qualification. UAE experience in interior fit-out projects preferred. Strong knowledge of civil, architectural and MEP coordination. Experience dealing directly with clients and consultants. Capable of reading drawings, BOQ and project specifications. Strong subcontractor and manpower management skills. Good knowledge of material submissions, shop drawings and project documentation. Able to manage multiple priorities without waiting for continuous management instruction. Strong follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable being fully accountable for the assigned project until approvals, execution and handover are completed. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Immediate availability preferred.
