The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Qatar market and the ability to manage projects from planning through handover. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor fit-out projects for retail and residential clients Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on site Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues as they arise Prepare progress reports and update project schedules Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or related field) Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out projects within Qatar, specifically in retail and residential sectors Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and market practices Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good communication and coordination skills with clients and site teams Valid Qatar driving license preferred Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
