The ideal candidate should have hands-on project coordination experience, good technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating and executing interior fit-out projects from start to completion. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients. Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify coordination requirements. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents . Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors. Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues. Monitor materials, manpower and site requirements. Ensure work is carried out according to required quality, safety and project standards . Support project documentation, progress reports and coordination meetings. Assist in ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines and specifications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field . 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects. UAE experience will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of fit-out works, drawings and site coordination . Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings. Good knowledge of AutoCAD ; other relevant software will be an advantage. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
