Project Engineer – Fit-Out Location: UAE Position: Project Engineer – Fit-Out Industry: Fit-Out / Construction / Acoustic Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time UAE Driving License: Mandatory About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Engineer – Fit-Out & Acoustic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fit-out construction, acoustic solutions, site execution, project coordination, and quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, supervising installations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out and acoustic projects. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Supervise installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and compliance checks. Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and risks. Prepare regular site and project progress reports. Provide technical support during client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings. Conduct inspections and implement quality control procedures. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company standards. Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, approvals, and project documentation. Ensure subcontractors complete works according to approved schedules and quality requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer in fit-out, interior works, or acoustic projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes and acoustic installations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities. Strong project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/project management software. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
