We are looking for a detail-driven and organized Project Engineer to support and coordinate technical engineering initiatives from kickoff to closeout. In this role, you will act as a key link between the project manager, design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Prepare, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, work plans, and critical milestones using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Technical Support & Design: Review engineering deliverables, process drawings, 2D/3D models (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Civil 3D), and as-built drawings.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Monitor work to ensure compliance with local codes, business procedures, safety requirements, and client specifications.
• Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate material lead times, track equipment, and oversee subcontractors or vendor bids.
• Communication & Reporting: Liaise with clients to interpret requirements, and submit regular progress updates and technical reports to project management.
• Problem-Solving & Site Execution: Troubleshoot site issues, review tasks, and implement corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized project records, submittals, and closeout documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 4years of hands-on engineering or site experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or MS Office suite).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
