Responsibilities: Oversee overall job operations and administration for M&E projects, primarily focusing on MVAC systems Monitor project progress and resource allocation, including the management of subcontractors and vendors Manage documentation control and progress monitoring for shop drawings, materials, and method statements Support on-site Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution Requirements: Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a consulting firm or contracting company Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight schedules Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior position Attractive remuneration package and fringe benefit will be offered to the right candidate.
