This role is part of the core project team and works closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent on document control, coordination, quality control, and project execution. This position is well-suited for someone who wants broad exposure to the full construction lifecycle and who values accuracy, accountability, and clear communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Process submittals Project Documentation & Coordination Manage submittals, RFIs, change documentation, and logs Maintain contract documents and current drawing sets Prepare, distribute, and track meeting agendas and minutes Support permitting, procurement, and closeout documentation SCHEDULE & PROCUREMENT SUPPORT Assist with submittal and procurement schedules Track long-lead items and report issues to PM/Superintendent Support weekly schedule updates and project reporting FIELD & QUALITY SUPPORT Assist Superintendents with inspections, quality control, and compliance Participate in safety meetings and QA/QC processes Document existing conditions, progress photos, and field activities Run subcontractor meetings when directed SYSTEMS & TOOLS Maintain project records in Procore Utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting QUALIFICATIONS Required Associate degree (minimum); technical degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred 0.5–3 years of construction management experience (internship experience acceptable) Proficient written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and understand construction documents Reliable transportation and ability to work on site Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Preferred Procore experience Bluebeam Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Office 365 Work Location: In-person (Reno/Sparks area) Schedule: Monday–Friday Relocation Assistance: Not available Employment offers are contingent on the following: Verification of your legal right to work in the U.S. Negative results of drug and alcohol testing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching AD&D insurance Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you understand that any offer of employment will be conditional on a negative result of your pre-placement drug screening?
