# Project Engineer – Civil, Pools & Landscape **Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Engineer – Civil, Pools & Landscape Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Civil, Pools & Landscape to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, swimming pool, water feature, and landscaping projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise civil, swimming pool, water feature, hardscape, and landscape works. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and technical specifications. Supervise excavation, grading, concrete, waterproofing, paving, drainage, tiling, coping, and other civil works. Coordinate swimming pool structures, pump rooms, balancing tanks, and water feature works. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality and proper execution of works. Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues. Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging, commissioning, and project handover. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, HSE standards, and company procedures. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 4–6 years of UAE experience in civil, landscaping, swimming pool, or water feature projects. Strong knowledge of civil construction, hardscape, swimming pool construction, and external works. Experience with concrete, waterproofing, drainage, paving, tiling, and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred. UAE Driving License is preferred. Candidates with experience in a UAE landscaping or swimming pool company will be preferred.
