This role ensures project compliance with all relevant laws, safety standards, and client requirements. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering construction projects. - Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants. - Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports. - Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. - Supervise on-site construction and ensure quality control. - Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. - Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Prepare and submit documentation such as daily logs, billing, permits, and variation orders. - Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage workforce productivity. - Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and report project progress. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. - With at least 5 years of experience - Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered). - Experience in construction project management - Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction-related software. - Strong knowledge of local construction laws, DPWH standards, and building codes.
