The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site. Review and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress and coordinate with the Planning Engineer to achieve project milestones. Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical documentation. Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues and site discrepancies in coordination with the project team. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for assigned activities. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and compliance with project standards. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely closure of comments and observations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates as required. Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, variations, and site requirements. Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project. Support testing, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably with a contracting company. Strong UAE/GCC construction experience is highly preferred. Experience in building construction, particularly high-rise, residential, commercial, or large-scale civil projects , is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and site execution. Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Good knowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant project management software. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
