Project Engineer
PROJECT ENGINEER – ABU DHABI, UAE PT Varitech Energy is currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC projects , with proven capability in project execution, project planning, contract administration, cost and schedule control, fabrication coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering is preferred 7–10 years of project experience 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC industries Strong understanding of project management methodologies and contract administration Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken International project experience is an advantage Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi and conduct regular client visits Open to all nationalities Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones in accordance with contract requirements Lead project execution from kick-off through handover and project close-out Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards Manage fabrication activities and monitor workshop operations Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain effective communication across project teams Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and productivity Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and project requirements Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Employment: Full-time Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering Nationality: Open to All Nationalities How to Apply Interested candidates are required to complete the Applicant Form and submit their updated CV.
