# Project Engineer **SRR BUILDING MATERIAL TRADING** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate the execution of residential building projects, particularly G+4 projects in the UAE. The candidate should have strong site execution, planning, coordination, and technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in construction projects. Key Responsibilities *Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities from start to completion. *Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. *Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and management. *Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality and safety standards. *Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources. *Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents. *Coordinate inspections and obtain required approvals from consultants and UAE authorities. *Ensure proper implementation of quality, health, and safety requirements. *Prepare progress reports and maintain proper project documentation. *Handle site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. *Coordinate and monitor deep excavation, basement, and shoring works. Education & Experience *Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. *10–15 years of experience in construction projects. *Proven experience in residential building projects (G+4) in the UAE is mandatory. *Strong familiarity with UAE authority approvals and construction processes. *Experience with deep excavation and basement works. *Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams. *Knowledge of shoring and temporary works will be an advantage. Technical Skills *Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications. *Experience in project planning and site execution. *Familiarity with AutoCAD. *Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures. *Ability to monitor project schedules and site progress. Soft Skills *Strong leadership and team coordination skills. *Good communication and reporting skills. *Problem-solving and decision-making ability. *Ability to manage multiple site activities and challenges. *Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
