The role involves coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements and progress. Prepare project schedules, work programs, and manpower requirements. Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards. Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents. Monitor project costs, materials, equipment, and resource utilization. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project accomplishment reports. Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to prevent delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team. Assist in project documentation, permits, and turnover activities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Licensed Engineer is preferred. At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management. Knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
