If you have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in construction and solid expertise with local Dubai authority regulations (DM & Trakhees EER/EDDA), we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities * Site Supervision & Execution: Coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure work is delivered on schedule and per design specifications. * Authority Approvals & Compliance: Apply, track, and ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Trakhees / EER (EHS/EDDA) codes, approvals, and inspection standards. * Technical Support: Review architectural and structural shop drawings, resolve site technical issues, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Quality & Safety: Oversee QA/QC procedures on-site and ensure strict adherence to local authority health and safety guidelines. What We’re Looking For * 4+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in the UAE construction sector (villa/residential experience preferred). * Deep, practical knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) and Trakhees (EER / EDDA) regulations, permits, and inspection procedures. * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. * Strong communication, site coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project milestones.
