Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and resource requirements. Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards. Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and quality control activities. Identify and resolve technical, construction, and project-related issues in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, inspection reports, RFIs, material requests, and other technical records. Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, procurement, and evaluation of materials and equipment. Monitor project expenditures and assist in managing variations and change orders. Ensure compliance with project safety requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations. Coordinate with project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables within the approved schedule and budget. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and recommendations. Support project closeout, including punch-list completion, as-built documentation, testing records, and turnover requirements. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
