Technical Responsibilities: Review IFC drawings, specifications, and contract document Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates Coordinate Civil, MEP, and architectural works Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards Prepare method statements, RFIs, and material submittals Track variations, VO submissions, and cost impact analysis Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering 3–7 years of fit-out project experience in UAE Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel Strong understanding of UAE authority regulations Experience in FFE coordination and procurement is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
