Ensures that all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and monitor the installation and implementation of auxiliary and security systems , including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Public Address System, Intercom, Structured Cabling, SMATV, and other ELV systems. - Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements . - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. - Supervise site activities and ensure that installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and safety requirements. - Prepare and review material take-offs, project schedules, work programs, and technical documentation . - Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide appropriate engineering solutions. - Coordinate testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of auxiliary and security systems. - Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity to ensure timely completion. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports , inspection requests, punch lists, and other project documentation. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding equipment delivery, technical requirements, warranties, and system integration. - Assist in preparing as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, test reports, and handover documents . - Ensure proper integration of security systems with other building systems where applicable. - Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates, progress reports, and recommendations. - Ensure compliance with quality control, occupational health and safety, and project requirements . - Support project closeout, final inspection, client acceptance, and turnover activities. Typical Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field . - Experience in auxiliary works, ELV systems, security systems, or MEP/building construction projects . - Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Structured Cabling, PA/BGM, Intercom, and related systems. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
