The role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities · Manage and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion. · Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and contract documents. · Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. · Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. · Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. · Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. · Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. · Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and resource allocation. · Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction. · Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies. · Review and approve contractor work accomplishments and billing claims. · Participate in project meetings and communicate project status to management and stakeholders. Qualifications Education · Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. · Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent registration is preferred. · Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) is required in countries where licensure is mandatory. Experience · Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management. · Experience in infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments is preferred. · Proven experience managing construction projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Technical Skills · Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications. · Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts. · Understanding of project scheduling, cost estimation, and budgeting. · Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations. Working Conditions · Combination of office and construction site work. · May require travel to project locations. · Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
