Monitor project progress, programme, quality, cost, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, subcontractors, and authorities. Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, RFIs, and material approvals. Monitor site activities and ensure works are executed in accordance with the approved programme and contract requirements. Identify technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and follow up on outstanding actions. Review contractor progress and support the assessment of payment applications and variations. Maintain project records, progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation. Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and authority requirements. Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and HSE requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 5–8 years of relevant construction/consultancy experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of project coordination, construction methodology, contracts, and quality control. Experience with Dubai Municipality and relevant UAE authorities. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is preferred. UAE driving license is a must. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: UAE: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
