# Project Engineer **Hi fi link** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage luxury home cinema, AV, interior fit-out, and entertainment-room projects across Dubai and the UAE. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage projects from initial planning through installation, testing, and final handover. 2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams. 3. Attend project sites regularly and manage day-to-day site activities. 4. *Read and understand architectural, interior, MEP, electrical, and technical drawings.* 5. Review drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution. 6. Coordinate civil, electrical, joinery, acoustic, lighting, AV, and interior works. 7. Prepare project schedules and ensure work is completed according to agreed timelines. 8. Monitor workmanship, quality, site progress, and installation standards. 9. Conduct site measurements and ensure site execution matches approved drawings. 10. Manage material requirements, deliveries, subcontractors, and installation teams. 11. Identify site issues early and coordinate practical solutions. 12. Provide regular project updates to management and clients. 13. Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. Requirements Valid UAE driving license preferred. Previous experience in project management, interior fit-out, AV, home automation, construction, or a related field. Strong drawing-reading and technical drawing interpretation skills are required. Strong knowledge of site coordination and project execution. Ability to understand architectural, MEP, electrical, joinery, and AV drawings. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with luxury residential or villa projects is an advantage. AV, home cinema, acoustics, lighting, or automation experience is a strong advantage.
