The incumbent’s responsibilities include effective management of the bidding process and providing customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction related concerns. Qualifications: - Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent - Licensed Engineer - At least 3 years of applicable engineering experience - Proficient in Project Management, excel, word, SAP - Technical competency in Building and Grounds Maintenance - Abreast with the current building and property regulations - Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Employee discount - Health insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Pay raise Application Question(s): - What is your expected monthly salary?
