# Project Engineer **CCB AND J BUILDERS CORPORATION** · Marikina · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role PROJECT ENGINEER Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. - Review engineering drawings, technical plans, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding project progress and technical concerns. - Prepare project schedules, work plans, progress reports, and other project documentation. - Supervise site activities and monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and approved plans. - Conduct site inspections, identify project issues, and recommend appropriate technical solutions. - Monitor project costs, material usage, and resource allocation to support efficient project execution. - Assist in procurement activities by reviewing material specifications and coordinating material deliveries. - Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, company policies, and occupational health and safety standards. - Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and accomplishments. - Prepare project close-out documents, including punch lists, as-built drawings, and turnover documentation. - Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field. - Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in project engineering, construction, project management, or a related field. - Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD. Knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) is an advantage. - Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering standards, construction methods, project management principles, and applicable Philippine laws and regulations. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coordination, and team management abilities. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve project-related issues efficiently. - Attention to Detail: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines. - Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and construction site safety practices.
