The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities throughout the project lifecycle, from engineering and approvals through procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, and handover. Manage and follow up assigned projects from start through completion and handover. Review draft contracts and identify contractual and commercial risks or deviations, supporting the Project Manager during negotiation and finalization. Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and scope requirements, and maintain clear control of the approved project scope. Identify, quantify, and assess variations, including technical, cost, and schedule impacts, and coordinate their timely preparation and submission. Prepare payment applications and supporting documentation and follow up on certification, invoicing, and payment status. Maintain and update project programmes, milestones, progress, and actions; identify delays, risks, changes, and notice requirements, and coordinate the necessary mitigation, escalation, and contractual notifications. Coordinate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensure timely material production, delivery, site logistics, and smooth coordination between parties. Drive the project delivery process, including shop drawings, material submittals, site survey, procurement, fabrication work-order releases, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. Resolve project-related technical and coordination issues, maintain accurate records through the relevant project management systems, and issue timely progress and status reports. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in aluminium, glazing, façade works, or a similar industry. Good knowledge of aluminium systems, glass products, fabrication, and installation processes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Strong coordination, follow-up, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with ownership and accountability. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; working knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. Comfortable using project management software and digital tools, with the ability and willingness to adapt to advanced and automated systems.
