Site Management: Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordination: Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and resolve any technical issues. Technical Oversight: Review technical drawings, submittals, and material requisitions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Resource Planning: Assist in preparing project schedules, forecasting manpower needs, and managing material deliveries to the site. Quality & Safety: Implement strict quality control measures and ensure all site activities adhere to company and statutory safety protocols. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, track project milestones, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering . Experience: 10+ years of proven project engineering experience specifically in architectural metal and glass works (e.g., facades, curtain walls, balustrades, cladding, skylights) within the UAE. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Strong knowledge of facade systems and materials. Software Proficiency: Competent in using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. Experience with project management software (like MS Project) is a plus. Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred. Availability: Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Project engineer (Architect & Glass): 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
