Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, including overall coordination of progress, quality, budget, and client relations. - Monitor overall commercial, contractual, and technical matters for all current projects. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project and contractual requirements are met. - Control and supervise overall site activities; conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess project status and organize work priorities. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or above in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Studies, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines. - Minimum 8 years of experience in senior project management within the fit-out industry, covering retail, residential, offices, hotels, or related sectors. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager role. - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. - Conversant with interior fit-out works, A&A works, and contractual documents. - Strong leadership and team management skills; able to work independently and under pressure. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Project. - Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. - Relevant certifications (e.g. TCP) are a plus.
