PROJECT DIRECTOR – DATA CENTER EPC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Data Center business opportunities and project pipeline
• Build relationships with Data Center owners, developers, operators, consultants, and EPC/MEP contractors
• Lead EPC projects from design, procurement, construction, commissioning to handover
• Oversee project cost, schedule, quality, HSE, commercial, and profitability
• Provide senior oversight of MEP & critical power systems
• Build and lead the Data Center project organization

REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years in EPC, PMC, construction, engineering, or project management
• Strong Data Center / Mission Critical project experience preferred
• Experience as Project Director / Project Manager / Engineering Director / Program Director or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Data Center MEP & critical power infrastructure
• Strong industry network and business development & commercial capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Professional English required; Mandarin is an advantage
