Our work includes solar, battery storage, and other commercial energy projects. We need someone who knows how to keep projects moving, work with different teams, and handle problems when things don't go as planned. This is a hands-on leadership role, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility. What You'll Be Doing - Manage energy projects from early planning through completion. - Work with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients to keep everyone on the same page. - Keep an eye on project budgets, schedules, and overall progress. - Review project costs, proposals, and contractor agreements. - Help solve delays, unexpected expenses, and other issues that come up. - Make sure projects meet safety requirements and local regulations. - Keep management updated on progress, costs, and any major concerns. - Support the project team and help improve the way we get things done. What We're Looking For - At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in energy, construction, or a related field. - Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects. - Good understanding of project budgets, contracts, and scheduling. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Someone who's organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions. - Experience with solar or battery storage projects is a plus. - Willingness to visit project sites when needed.
