# PROJECT DIRECTOR **ATTIKA INTERIOR +MEP** · Geylang · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Responsibilities 1.Project Leadership &Management Lead and oversee large-scalecommercial renovation, interior fit-out and M&E projects from projectcommencement to final handover. Provide strategic direction,technical guidance and leadership to Project Managers and project teams toensure successful project delivery. Monitor overall projectprogress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to meetproject deadlines. 2.Project Planning, Cost &Contract Management Oversee project schedules,budgets, procurement, subcontractor management and resource allocation. Monitor project costs,variation orders (VO), contractual obligations and project profitability. Identify project risks andimplement appropriate measures to minimise delays, cost overruns andoperational issues. 3.Client & StakeholderManagement Maintain strong relationshipswith clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders. Lead discussions and resolvemajor project issues, design changes, technical challenges and contractualmatters. Ensure project deliverablesmeet client requirements, approved drawings, specifications and contractualstandards. 4.Interior Design & M&ECoordination Oversee the coordination ofinterior design, architectural finishes and M&E works, including ACMV,electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, where applicable. Ensure effective coordination among projectteams, consultants and subcontractors to minimise design clashes, rework andconstruction delays. 5.Quality, Safety & ProjectHandover Ensure projects comply withapplicable Singapore regulations, contractual requirements, quality standardsand workplace safety requirements. Oversee inspections, testingand commissioning, defect rectification and final project handover. Drive continuous improvement inproject delivery, operational efficiency and client satisfaction. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Education: Degree in Architecture, interior fit-out, MEP(Mechanical, Electrical andPlumbing), Construction / Project Management or a related built-environmentdiscipline. • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant project and construction managementexperience, preferably across A&A, interior fit-out, MEP, that isrecognised by respective professional bodies, professional institutions, orBCA. • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel,and PowerPoint. Experience with Bluebeam and Aconex for drawing review,coordination and project documentation is preferred.
