Project Director

Job Description;

1. The role is of a mix of business development and heading the project. This job role includes formation of business of resorts, Gymkhana (Sports club), and residential villa development, managing the residential projects.
2. Coordinate with all consultants on board like architects, MEP’s, structural, and PMC’s.
3. Work in team and drive them from the design stage, sales, execution and majorly operations of the above outlined.
4. Get work done from inter-alia departments to execute the task on time.
5. Site location- Chowk. Near Hiranandani Fortune City, Taloja, Panvel
6. Office location- Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
7. Salary shall not be constraint for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
