Job Title: Project / Delivery Manager – Data & Digital Transformation Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Contract – 13 Weeks extandable Work Model: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: SAR per hour, based on experience Start Date: Immediate / Urgent Requirement Job Overview We are urgently seeking an experienced Project / Delivery Manager for a 13-week client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience delivering data, analytics, CRM, or digital transformation programs, preferably within the banking, financial services, or insurance sectors. Important: Candidates must be able to work full-time on-site in Riyadh for the entire 13-week engagement. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage data, analytics, CRM, and digital transformation project delivery. - Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and client representatives. - Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines. - Oversee Customer 360 initiatives, CRM/BI implementations, and data-related programs. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities. - Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and escalation processes. - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines. - Manage technical teams and ensure effective communication between business and technology stakeholders. - Support change management, implementation readiness, and post-go-live activities as required. Mandatory Requirements - Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in project management, delivery management, or program delivery. - Proven experience delivering data, analytics, CRM, or digital transformation initiatives. - Experience managing technical teams and complex stakeholder environments. - Hands-on delivery experience involving Customer 360, CRM, Business Intelligence (BI), or related data programs. - Experience with UAT, go-live planning, project governance, and implementation delivery. - Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for 13 weeks. - Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred. Preferred Experience - Previous experience in banking, financial services, or insurance. - Experience with enterprise CRM platforms, BI solutions, and customer data initiatives. - Experience working in regulated environments with formal governance and reporting requirements. - Previous experience delivering projects for large enterprises or consulting clients. Deployment Requirements We are open to partnering with technology companies, software companies, IT service providers, and consulting firms that can deploy suitable professionals from their existing teams. Candidates must: - Already be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh, or be legally eligible and able to be physically present in Riyadh for the full engagement. - Be available for a full-time, on-site assignment for 13 weeks. - Have the appropriate authorization to work or undertake the assignment in Saudi Arabia. - Be available to start as soon as possible. Compensation Hourly compensation in SAR, depending on experience, expertise, and deployment arrangements.
