# Project / Delivery Manager **TechGropse Pvt Ltd** · Riyadh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project / Delivery Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Thummamah Road, 13316 Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Initial Duration: 13 weeks Hypercare: Approximately 20% service management support for 6 months after delivery Work Arrangement: On-site in Riyadh Working Hours: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project / Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale data, analytics and digital transformation program for a financial/insurance environment in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery across data engineering, BI, QA, UX and CRM workstreams, ensuring the program stays on track against a fixed three-month delivery plan and successfully reaches UAT and production go-live. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of the 13-week implementation program. Establish and manage the critical path, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedule. Drive UAT, production releases and go-live activities. Manage a blended team of approximately 10–12 specialists across data engineering, BI, QA, UX and CRM. Coordinate closely with client stakeholders, including senior and C-level stakeholders. Run steering committees and weekly project governance meetings. Prepare weekly project-board updates and earned-value (EVA) reporting. Produce fortnightly executive status reports. Manage deliverable acceptance, scope, risks, issues and change control. Ensure effective coordination between on-site and remote teams. Manage post-go-live hypercare and transition into approximately 20% service management support. Ensure delivery complies with applicable Saudi regulatory and data requirements Required Experience 10+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, CRM or digital transformation programs. Experience delivering programs for banks, insurance companies or other regulated financial institutions. Experience with at least one large-scale Customer 360, CRM or BI implementation. Strong experience managing fixed-scope, milestone-driven delivery programs. Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. Strong stakeholder management experience, including C-levelstakeholders. Experience with formal project governance, reporting and change management. Experience working in regulated environments. Saudi / Regulatory Experience Knowledge or practical experience with: SAMA cybersecurity framework Insurance Authority requirements Saudi PDPL KSA data residency requirements Saudi financial/insurance environments Previous vendor-side delivery experience with Saudi financial institutionsis highly preferred. Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred. Excellent English communication skills. Arabic language skills are an advantage. Candidate Eligibility Candidates may be of any nationality, provided they are legally able to work in Saudi Arabia and can be physically available in Riyadh for the required on-site engagement.
