Project Coordinator with Japanese

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator! Mercury Development specializes in developing custom software for various US companies:from large enterprises to tiniest startups. Our apps are used by 50 million people all over the world, and many of our products have been featured on App Store and covered by TechCrunch, Engadget, and Gizmodo. We have got over 500 highly qualified and skilled specialists, working on dozens of interesting projects and based all over the World!

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support a new software development project involving Japanese partners and stakeholders.

This is a freelance/contract-based, part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Tracking software development progress, creating reports
• Communicating with customers via email and video conferences
• Developing and maintaining project documentation
• Working closely with the Project Manager and assisting them in coordinating the project

Required skills

• Japanese Proficiency: Business-level or Fluent (capable of smooth communication and business correspondence with Japanese speakers)
• Russian: Native or Fluent (for communication with the project team)
• Understanding of software development methodologies and terminology

Will be a plus:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience managing a software development team
