Key responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating retail design and production projects from initiation to completion

Prepare and maintain project documentation (quotations, schedules, material lists, progress reports)

Track project timelines and follow up on action items

Liaise with Design, Production, Engineering, Logistics and Installation teams

Follow up with vendors and factories on samples, materials, production schedules and deliveries

Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting notes and project updates

Participate in client meetings when required

Help ensure deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards and internal quality requirements

About you

Diploma or Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, production support or related roles (more experience will be considered for Senior level)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Background in retail, interior design or production is an advantage
