The ideal candidate will have UAE experience in project coordination, subcontractor management, estimation support, documentation, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review project cost estimates based on drawings and specifications. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments. Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely project execution. Handle project documentation, technical submissions, and approvals. Coordinate material samples and procurement follow-ups. Prepare project schedules and coordination matrices. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving site issues. Ensure all client, consultant, and authority approvals are obtained on time. Maintain project reports, logs, and records. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and HSE requirements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out company (mandatory). Strong knowledge of interior fit-out project coordination. Experience in estimation, planning, scheduling, and site coordination. Knowledge of authority approvals and project documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Preferred Candidate Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
