The role will initially focus on project coordination, site activities, contractor and vendor management, technical documentation, and project reporting. As the business develops, the successful candidate will also be trained to support technical sales and business development activities , particularly for data center cooling solutions including liquid cooling and immersion cooling systems for high-density GPU and AI infrastructure . The ideal candidate does not need to be an immersion cooling specialist at the time of hiring, but should have a strong technical foundation and the ability to learn and explain data center infrastructure and cooling technologies. Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination - Coordinate project activities among clients, data center operators, contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and technical teams - Conduct site visits and monitor project progress - Track schedules, action items, project issues, and pending decisions - Prepare meeting minutes, site reports, project updates, and management reports - Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities - Maintain technical and commercial project documentation - Follow up contractors and vendors regarding outstanding project requirements - Support communication between the Philippine project team and overseas management 2. Data Center Infrastructure Coordination Assist in coordinating and reviewing requirements related to: - Electrical and power infrastructure - UPS and backup power systems - Generator systems - Cooling and HVAC systems - Rack infrastructure - Network and structured cabling - BMS - Fire detection and suppression - Equipment installation and site readiness 3. Cooling & Immersion Cooling Support The candidate will receive project-specific training and gradually support activities involving: - Conventional air-cooled data center systems - Liquid cooling systems - Immersion cooling systems - High-density GPU and AI server cooling requirements - Cooling system integration with data center infrastructure - Cooling system installation and commissioning coordination - Cooling-related technical documentation and customer requirements The position is not responsible for independently designing or certifying immersion cooling systems. Engineering design and technical approval will remain with the relevant engineering and technical teams. 4. Technical Sales Support As the candidate develops technical knowledge, responsibilities will expand to include: - Join customer meetings and technical presentations - Support technical discussions with data center operators, enterprise customers, and project partners - Understand customer infrastructure and cooling requirements - Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations - Explain the basic concept, benefits, and application of cooling solutions to potential customers - Collect technical requirements from potential customers and relay them to the engineering team - Coordinate site surveys and technical assessments for prospective projects - Support preparation of quotations and project proposals - Maintain records of potential projects and customer opportunities - Participate in industry meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business development activities - Conduct customer and project site visits as required Required Qualifications - 2–5 years of relevant experience in Data Center, MEP, HVAC, Telecom Infrastructure, Critical Facilities, Server Room, or similar technical projects - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience - Experience in contractor and vendor coordination - Comfortable conducting site inspections and coordinating technical activities - Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, cooling, or data center infrastructure - Able to understand technical specifications and project documentation - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Able to communicate and prepare reports in English - Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, and technical teams - Willing to travel to project sites and attend customer meetings within Metro Manila and other locations in the Philippines Preferred Qualifications - Actual experience in Data Center construction, fit-out, expansion, or infrastructure projects - Experience in HVAC, precision cooling, thermal management, or cooling system projects - Exposure to liquid cooling, immersion cooling, or high-density computing infrastructure - Experience in Testing & Commissioning - Familiarity with UPS, Generator, Cooling, CRAC/CRAH, BMS, and related critical facility systems - Experience with Rack Infrastructure and Structured Cabling - Basic ability to read SLDs, MEP drawings, layouts, and technical plans - Experience with Punch List, Project Handover, and Close-out activities - Experience in customer-facing technical support, technical sales, presales, or business development is an advantage Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who can develop into a technical and commercial bridge between customers, engineering teams, contractors, and management . The ideal candidate should be able to: - Understand technical discussions at a project site - Identify missing information or project issues - Communicate effectively with engineers and contractors - Organize and report technical information clearly - Learn new technologies quickly - Present technical solutions confidently to customers - Translate technical features into practical customer benefits Experience with immersion cooling is an advantage but is not mandatory . Training on the company's data center cooling solutions will be provided. Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: - Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: - Data Center construction: 2 years (Required) Language: - English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: - 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
