# Project Coordinator (Customer Service) **Ferrari Logistics (Asia) Ltd** · Kwai Chung, New Territories · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: - Manage day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements in a timely manner - Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues - Maintain and update accurate shipping data in the in-house system - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Working Hours: - 08:00 – 22:00 (9 hours shift, including 1 hour lunch time) - 5 days per week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) Requirements: - HKCEE/HKDSE or above - 1 year of customer service experience in e-Commerce/logistics industry is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) - Good communication skills and a strong team player - Immediate availability is highly preferred We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate, including a 5-day work week, discretionary bonus, medical & dental insurance, birthday leave etc. Interested parties are invited to apply by submitting your CV with current and expected salary and date of availability via recruit.hkg @ ferrarigroup.net .
