Experience: Dubai: 3 - 5 years (Required) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Project Coordinator – Construction Division Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 3–5 years in UAE construction industry Responsibilities: Coordinate daily project activities and follow up on project progress. Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants. Track project schedules, deadlines, approvals, and pending requirements. Coordinate material requests, procurement, and deliveries. Prepare project reports, MOMs, RFIs, submittals, and other project documents. Maintain proper project records and documentation. Assist the Project Manager with project planning and execution. Follow up on site issues and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality, and safety requirements. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant UAE construction/fit-out experience. Good knowledge of MS Office and project documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. AutoCAD/project management software knowledge is an advantage.
