Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive project progress. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify interfacing issues and propose solutions. Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to resolve design and construction conflicts, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate collaboration and timely decision-making. Prepare clear and professional PowerPoint presentations to report project status and interface coordination outcomes. Manage multiple fast-paced project tasks independently while contributing as a proactive team member. Utilize MS Office tools to document, track, and report interfacing activities and project progress. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate potential interface risks. Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction of civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, or architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity. Degree in Engineering in Civil/Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural disciplines. Preferred competencies and qualifications Self-motivation and drive to manage complex interfacing tasks proactively. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage diverse project stakeholders.
