The role will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, trackers, and documentation while coordinating with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery throughout the project lifecycle. What we're looking for Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant project coordination / project management experience. Experience working in a structured corporate, government, consulting, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or similar project environment. Strong experience in project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Relevant training or certification in PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or other project management certification (preferred) Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred. Knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting practices Ability to identify delays, risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate appropriately. Qatar/GCC project experience is an advantage.
