The ideal candidate will work closely with project manager, technical team, business stakeholder, client and external vendor to ensure project activities are well-coordinated and delivered according to the agreed timelines, scope, quality standard and budget. This role involves coordinate project schedule, monitoring progress, tracking risk and issue, preparing project documentation and facilitating effective communication between technical and business team. The successful candidate should have a solid understand of IT project management methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, as well as familiar with telecommunication solution and infrastructure. Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skill in both English are essential, as the candidate will collaborate with international project team and stakeholder, including team based in Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Candidates who are available to join immediately and have a technical background in software engineer, system analyst, network engineer or related IT fields are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for IT/Telco solution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and within budget. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholder and external vendor/client (e.g., MNOs, Infrastructure provider) - Planning & Governance: Define project roadmap, resource allocation and budget tracking. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall milestones as required - Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks to prevent project delay - Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical team (Developer, Architect, QA) and business unit to ensure technical solution align with business objective - Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverable meet the required quality standard and compliance regulation specific to the Telco industry Requirement: - Middle experience: 3–5 years of IT Project Management - Industry Knowledge: Solid understand of Telecommunication domain (e.g., BSS/OSS, Digital Apps, 5G, IoT, VAS or Core Network infrastructure) - Framework: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies - Tools: Expert level use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or Trello - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineer or a related field - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English - Immediate joiners are preferable - Certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a strong advantage - Technical Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Network Engineer is highly valued Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable communication in English, both verbally and in writing with international stakeholder and interviewer from Sri Lanka or Malaysia? - Please briefly describe your experience communication in English - Do you have experience managing end-to-end IT or telecommunication project, from planning to delivery - Do you have experience work in the telecommunication (Telco) industry? - Which Telecommunication (Telco) domain have you work with? - Do you have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies? - Which project management tools have you used professionally? - Do you have experience manage project budget, resource allocation, timeline, risk and stakeholder expectation? - Do you have a technical background as a Software Engineer, System Analyst, Network Engineer or in a related IT role? - Do you hold any relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)?
