This role requires ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and safety standards. Duties and Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution - Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, including branch build-outs, commissary facilities, and renovations. - Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. - Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues. - Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment. - Oversee project documentation, permits, and compliance with government regulations. - Prepare and submit accurate project reports, cost tracking, and updates to management. Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with Pepa Wings’ commissary, franchising, and operations teams to align project needs. - Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. - Present project updates, risks, and solutions to management and franchise owners.
