Candidates with rope access experience will be given preference; however, candidates with a strong background in civil engineering, façade construction, or related project coordination activities are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, monitor progress, liaise with site teams and subcontractors, and ensure that project deliverables are completed according to approved schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination - Coordinate day-to-day project activities related to façade renovation, façade installation, glass works, and rope access operations, where applicable. - Support Project Managers and site engineers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. - Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding activities. - Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager. - Ensure project activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements. Façade, Glass & Rope Access Coordination - Coordinate façade and glass installation, repair, maintenance, and renovation activities. - Liaise with site teams and technical departments regarding project requirements, work schedules, and site readiness. - Where applicable, coordinate rope access teams and related site activities to support safe and efficient project execution. - Follow up on material deliveries, equipment requirements, technical approvals, and subcontractor activities. - Assist in resolving site coordination issues related to façade systems, glazing, installation, and construction interfaces. - Coordinate inspections and follow up on technical comments, defects, and corrective actions. - Ensure relevant technical documentation and project records are properly maintained. Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and coordination records. - Track material submittals, technical approvals, project deliverables, and pending actions. - Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, reports, correspondence, and inspection records. - Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, risks, delays, and outstanding issues. - Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders. Site & Stakeholder Coordination - Serve as a coordination point between project management, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Attend site visits and project coordination meetings as required. - Follow up on site requirements, resource allocation, equipment availability, and material delivery schedules. - Support the resolution of project-related issues to maintain progress and minimize delays. - Promote effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements - 4–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the civil engineering or construction industry. - Preferred: Experience in rope access operations, particularly for façade maintenance, renovation, repair, or glass works. - Candidates without rope access experience will also be considered if they have a strong civil engineering, façade, glazing, or construction background. - Good understanding of construction project workflows, site coordination, technical drawings, and specifications. - Experience coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. - Ability to monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and follow up on outstanding activities. - Strong organizational, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. - A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is preferred. - UAE construction industry experience is an advantage. - Immediate availability is preferred.
