JOB SUMMARY The Project Coordinator – Field Operations & Marketing Collaterals is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and executing on-site project requirements, including campaign materials installation, marketing collateral setup, field measurements, and actual implementation of advertising and promotional activities. The role requires hands-on involvement in field operations, coordination with clients, suppliers, fabricators, and installation teams, and ensuring that all marketing materials are properly measured, produced, delivered, and installed according to approved specifications, timelines, quality standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, physically capable of conducting field inspections, and willing to travel to various project locations as required. II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Field Operations and Site Coordination - Conduct site ocular inspections and actual field assessments before project implementation. - Visit project locations to validate site conditions, installation requirements, dimensions, and accessibility. - Coordinate with clients, suppliers, fabricators, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor on-site activities and ensure that installations are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines. - Provide immediate updates on field concerns, installation issues, delays, and other project-related requirements. - Travel to different locations for site inspections, project monitoring, installation, and client coordination. B. Measurement and Installation of Marketing Materials - Conduct actual measurements of installation areas, walls, windows, booths, display spaces, and other designated locations. - Ensure accurate recording of dimensions, including height, width, depth, and other technical specifications required for production and installation. - Assist in preparing measurement sheets, site sketches, photo documentation, and installation references. - Coordinate with the fabrication and production teams to ensure that marketing materials fit the actual site dimensions. - Supervise or assist in the installation and dismantling of marketing collaterals, including but not limited to: - Posters, banners, tarpaulins, and signages - Standees, display boards, and promotional panels - Point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store promotional displays - Booths, kiosks, event backdrops, and product displays - Window graphics, wall graphics, and other advertising materials - Other campaign materials required by the client - Check the alignment, positioning, stability, appearance, and overall quality of installed materials. - Identify measurement discrepancies and installation issues before final implementation. C. Campaign Materials and Project Implementation - Coordinate the preparation, delivery, distribution, setup, and pullout of campaign materials. - Ensure that all materials are complete, accurate, in good condition, and consistent with approved artwork and specifications. - Monitor the progress of campaign installations and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. - Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and field personnel regarding schedules, manpower, transportation, and materials. - Conduct post-installation inspections and submit photo documentation as proof of completion. - Assist in troubleshooting on-site concerns and recommend practical solutions to prevent project delays and additional costs. D. Project Documentation and Reporting - Prepare daily field activity reports, site inspection reports, and installation completion reports. - Maintain accurate records of measurements, project status, material usage, delivery receipts, and installation photos. - Report project progress, issues, and potential risks to the immediate supervisor. - Monitor project expenses related to field implementation and Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Health insurance - Life insurance - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Paid training - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
